Delivery Policy
Delivery Time:
Upon confirmation of the order, the estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days. Please note that during peak sales periods and new launches, there might be a delay in the order delivery/dispatch due to increased order volumes.
Verification:
Our Customer Service Associate will reach out to you via call or SMS to verify the order details for accuracy. Once confirmed, your order will be forwarded to our courier service for shipment. Please ensure that you are available at the provided contact number for seamless communication with our team.
Address Modifications:
We regret to inform you that address modifications are not permissible once an order has been placed, including both COD and online paid orders.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping up to Rs.1000/- will be applied for all orders within Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery Limit:
we do offer cash-on-delivery services for orders exceeding Rs.1,000. In such cases, we kindly request you to make the payment via Easypaisa or bank transfer.
Courier Service:
M&P / FullFilKaro will handle the delivery of your order across all cities in Pakistan. Payments for cash on delivery orders will be collected at the shipping address. You will be contacted by our head office before the confirmed delivery of your order. If any item(s) in your order are unsuitable for dispatch due to quality issues or other reasons, they will either not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be notified via phone or email in the event of a shipment delay due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Business Days & Holidays:
Please be aware that all orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays in Pakistan.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the invoice. Most orders are dispatched within 4-6 business days from the order placement date.
Refunds:
At Waam Collection, we deal solely in authentic imported perfumes. If you encounter any issues such as bottle packaging problems, leakage, or tampering during logistics, we offer a full refund of 100% of the perfume’s price based on the product being defective.
