Order Cancellation
Customers are free to request the cancellation of their orders at any time before they are processed. Our standard procedure involves verifying orders through a maximum of two confirmation calls. If these calls go unanswered, the order will be automatically canceled. Waam Collection reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Items being out of stock
- Pricing or technical issues
- Rejection of Easy Paisa payment by the associated financial institution

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to product unavailability or any other reason related to Waam Collection, you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed and executed within 5 to 7 working days.
Please be aware that once the product is dispatched and on its way to your doorstep, cancellation of the order will not be possible.
